Anti-Racist Conversation Paradigms

How we talk about racism and anti-racism can limit or expand the possibility of reproduction, or dismantling of the status quo.

Expanding how we all talk about race, racism and other forms of oppression can lead to deeper awareness, analysis, allyship, accountability, and action for justice.

Below describes paradigms that reproduce the status quo and their corresponding anti-racist paradigms.
